We’re pleased to share another episode of Forge in Focus, our podcast series spotlighting the people of WealthForge. In Part Two of Episode 2, “Fintech FinOps,” Chief Financial Officer Donna Arles further explores the benefits of building technology into the broker-dealer back office.

Speaking from experience, Donna tells Due Diligence Analyst Colin Berger how WealthForge transformed its multiple, manual back office processes into a interconnected suite of technology solutions:

“We spent a lot of time with someone in house documenting our processes to come up with what we called the workbench. It was a fabulous tool—it was Excel and it had a lot of limitations—but by us building the workbench ... we were able to take those manual process and put them into our development.”
